Hand-N-Hand With AB ASL Instruction
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking services. By scheduling and paying for a class, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Payment Policy
All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your availability before confirming a booking.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows (10+ minutes late) will not be rescheduled, refunded, or credited toward future lessons.
You may reschedule a cancelled session once, and it must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment.
3. Lesson Expiration
Unused lessons do not roll over and must be completed within the designated time frame. Regular attendance is important, and we encourage you to stay on track with your lessons. Please understand that makeup availability is limited and not guaranteed.
4. Tutor Availability
Due to high student demand, makeup sessions are offered only when the instructor’s schedule allows. Advance communication is appreciated.
5. Class Changes and Discontinuation
Hand-N-Hand With AB ASL reserves the right to modify these terms or discontinue services at any time, for any reason deemed necessary.
6. Online Behavior and Classroom Expectations
Students are expected to be respectful, punctual, and fully engaged during sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
7. Technology Requirements (for Online Lessons)
Students must have reliable internet access, a quiet space, and a working webcam and microphone for online sessions. Technical issues on the student's end are not grounds for rescheduling or Refunds.
