Welcome to Hand-N-Hand With AB
I'm Angie Brown
The heart behind Hand-N-Hand With AB. My journey with American Sign Language (ASL) began in Greensboro, North Carolina, sparked by a life-changing encounter with a young Deaf girl. The realization that I couldn’t communicate with her ignited a passion that would define my future.
Determined to bridge that gap, I immersed myself in ASL education — from beginner classes to earning a Bachelor of Science in Interpreting at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Today, I proudly hold an NC teaching license, teach ASL at Grimsley High School, and remain deeply connected to the Deaf community, constantly learning and growing.
At Hand-N-Hand With AB, my mission is simple: to share the expressive beauty of ASL with others and help create a more inclusive world, one sign at a time.
